Nice party hats to personalize yourself. You can write the name or age of the birthday person on it with the included crayons. Or you can let the children paint the pointed hats themselves at the children's party. The set consists of 6 black pointed hats with a colored border in green, pink and yellow (2 pieces each). There is also a box included with 4 crayons in four colors.
If you come close to UV light, you will see that the colored edge of the hat lights up. The chalk does not light up.
The hats have an elastic band at the bottom to secure the hat on the head. We think the rubber bands are quite tight, so only suitable for children. Not for children under three years due to risk of swallowing small parts.
