During the day your ceiling looks normal and there is almost nothing to see of what is going to happen in the evening. At night your ceiling changes into a real galaxy!
A galaxy of brilliant stars, both large and small, in the correct positions of a specific date that you can choose yourself! For example, do you want the starry sky of your wedding day or the birthday of your child? Everything is possible!
If you usually have trouble falling asleep, you can now count the stars. Do you want to learn where the stars are supposed to be in the sky? Or are you just very romantic? Then this is for you!
Nice for yourself or to give to someone as a gift! Or for your child if it is afraid of the dark.
Starry sky ceiling? Now you wonder how this is possible?
We hand paint this on your ceiling! We apply specially imported 'glow in the dark pigment', which can be seen in the dark for up to 12 hours in optimal conditions. Through special application techniques we create a 3D effect, making it seem like you are looking at the stars outside. The darker the room, the more beautiful the effect.
With a special projector we can simulate every day of the year on your ceiling.
For example, take September 12, 2003. We set the projector to September 12, the year doesn't really matter because every year on that date the same stars will be visible. (unless it's cloudy) First we make the base and then we add smaller stars to create depth.
Maybe add a few shooting stars and nebulas and it's like you're outside in your own room.
What is the lifespan of the starry sky ceiling?
The special pigment is effective for at least 10 years and can be recharged over and over again! You can recharge it by turning on your lights for 15 minutes before going to sleep. The more light falls on our pigment, the more light the ceiling will emit. The light intensity is highest during the first hour, but it is also visible for the rest of the night - provided it is properly charged. If you want to get rid of it after a while, which we cannot imagine, this is easily possible by repainting your ceiling.
Stars for adults or children?
Because our starry sky ceiling is made very realistically, it is certainly not childish.
8 out of 10 rooms we made were for adults who want to fall asleep romantically under the stars. So it is not comparable to the plastic glow in the dark stars.
We are often told that it is art and not just a starry sky.
The fact that we are often asked to paint a new star ceiling after a move or renovation is a great compliment.

Example price calculation:
You live 25 km away from us. Travel costs are then 25 x € 0.75 = € 18.75
The total price is then € 195,- + € 18,75 = € 213,75
Discounts
- 25% discount on the 2nd and subsequent rooms on the basic price.
- Discount is only valid on the day of installation of the first StarLightning ceiling.
- The StarLightning ceilings must be created in one day.
- If you have neighbors in the street who also want a StarLightning ceiling installed on the same day, the discount also applies.
