The hoop is suitable for all head sizes and is made of plastic. 
The glass fibers are about 6 inches long and are also made of plastic. 
All headbands are delivered with battery and provided with an on/off switch. 

The glass fibers flash in the same color as the headband. Perfect for home, parties, concerts, clubs, and other special occasions and also a great gift or give-away for children.
