Goed product, goede klanten service

Bij het openen van de verpakking waren er twee kaarslampen beschadigd. Een was gebroken de ander een stuk eraf. Nadat ik de mail verstuurd had werd ik persoonlijk benaderd door Yvo. Deze vroeg mij waarom ik niet direct had gereageerd. Ik heb hem verteld dat ik het met 4 van de 5 kaarsen ook goed vond, echter deed hij mij een ander voorstel. Ik vond dit goed, diezelfde dag heeft Yvo dit geregeld voor mij. Een dag later werd het nieuwe pakketje alweer afgeleverd met een briefje erbij. De kaarsen had hij getest en in orde bevonden. The 190 cm long garland has a battery holder for 2 AA 1.5V batteries. With the button you can turn the lights on or off or on the timer. With the timer the lights automatically turn off after 6 hours and automatically turn on again after 18 hours. Handy, so you can never forget to turn them off and you can save batteries.
