UV Neon lipstick with an extra sparkle. This glitter lipstick from Moon Glow is available in several colors and they all glow in UV light (black light). Even without a black light, they are beautiful, striking colors that really stand out, but they only become truly neon under a UV lamp. The lipstick stays in place and is safe to use.
The lipstick is easy to remove with make-up remover or make-up cloth. Contents 4.2g. Do you have a glow party, glitter party or other color themed party? Combine the lipstick with our other Neon products from Moon, such as mascara, eyeliner, crayon, nail polish or hair gel.
