Product arriveerde te laat, 2 dagen na kerst, en was defect. Inmiddels contact gehad met de klantenservice. Probleem hebben zij heel netjes opgelost.

Bij het openen van de verpakking waren er twee kaarslampen beschadigd. Een was gebroken de ander een stuk eraf. Nadat ik de mail verstuurd had werd ik persoonlijk benaderd door Yvo. Deze vroeg mij waarom ik niet direct had gereageerd. Ik heb hem verteld dat ik het met 4 van de 5 kaarsen ook goed vond, echter deed hij mij een ander voorstel. Ik vond dit goed, diezelfde dag heeft Yvo dit geregeld voor mij. Een dag later werd het nieuwe pakketje alweer afgeleverd met een briefje erbij. De kaarsen had hij getest en in orde bevonden. Dit noem ik nou eens een goede afloop van een transactie. Hartelijk dank voor deze regeling. Met vriendelijke groet, Cees Broere.
