UV NEON EYE LINER

This UV eye liner from Moon makes your eyes stand out. It gives bright, intense colors to your eyes in normal daylight. When exposed to UV lighting, the line will glow brightly.

A Glow party is of course not complete without neon make-up. This neon eye liner is available in multiple colors and can also be combined with our UV / blacklight mascara, nail polish or lipstick. How to use?
