These balls are one of the first night golf balls in the world.
Already around for 40 years they can be refilled and float on water.
Disadvantages are that you have to watch how you hit the ball so you don't hit the glow stick.
It can drop out otherwise. Also this ball is a bit harder than normal balls so be aware for your material.
